The Euresys Picolo Diligent is a PCI bus 4-channel video capture card with on-board MPEG-4 compression. It uses a Universal PCI 64/32-bit, 66/33MHz, 3V/5V interface. The Picolo Diligent is supplied with four MPEG-4 real-time compression chips. The MPEG-4 output format complies with the Single Profile @ Level3 and is compatible with the Microsoft codec MP4S and the DivX codec DX50.
